The 4J Ranch has fox, coyotes, bobcats, and cougars. Wild hog hunters or deer hunters are encouraged to kill all predators. There is no charge for predators killed during a scheduled wild hog or deer hunt.

The 4J Ranch is an ideal location for East Texas predators. It is a remote, densely wooded, wetland withinthe Trinity River bottom. Cattle ranchers, farmland, and wooded areas surround the ranch. In the spring, there are a large number of newborn calves and deer fawns. Plus, there is a year-round supply of piglets, rabbits, rats/mice, possums, raccoons, and squirrels on the property.

Hunters solely interested in hunting cats or coyotes are welcome, but they must have experience and the proper equipment. Pricing is negotiable, as it pertains to prime time for wild hog hunting and deer season.
